{"id":521,"date":"2022-09-21T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grummfy.be\/blog\/?p=521"},"modified":"2022-09-19T10:36:06","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T08:36:06","slug":"mousse-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grummfy.be\/blog\/521","title":{"rendered":"Mousse au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Une petite mousse rapide, d\u00e9clinable en deux versions, et simple a faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 mousses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 oeufs<\/li><li>200g de chocolat (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral je fait un m\u00e9lange 50g de chocolat au lait, 150g de chocolat noir), en petits morceaux<\/li><li>200ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes<\/li><li>Faire fondre le chocolat (au bain maris de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour \u00e9viter que cela ne br\u00fble), garder 1\/4 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/li><li>Pendant que cela fond, battre les blancs en neige ferme (2-3 gouttes de jus de citron peut aider)<\/li><li>Battre la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche a moiti\u00e9 (pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s ferme, juste un peu mont\u00e9)<\/li><li>Une fois le chocolat fondu, retirer le r\u00e9cipient du bain maris et verser-y le reste du chocolat<\/li><li>Une fois fondu ajouter le jaune en m\u00e9langeant directement.<\/li><li>Ensuite verser la cr\u00e8me progressivement en m\u00e9leangeant<\/li><li>Une fois le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e8s, verser sur les blancs et m\u00e9lang\u00e9 d\u00e9licatement <\/li><li>Mettre au frais, minimum 30 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre version est sans cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
